The concept of integrated beingness describes the union of the physical world of form and the etheric world of spirit. When we are on a path of personal growth, undertaking an evolution in our conscious experience of life, through the creation of sustainable transformation, it is important that we consider this union of spirit and matter through our connection to the Cosmos.
"As above, so below, as within, so without, as the Universe, so the Soul." a quote from the Greek God Hermes describes this micro/macrocosmic interconnected relationship we have with Celestial bodies in the Etheric space, which also hold consciousness and emit energetic information through frequency and vibration as is mirrored in the Human Energy Field.
The embodied understanding of this union, an integrated beingness, creates a richer, fuller, and more purposeful life experience. Our concept of Self expands dissolving the polarities of the Ideal self, the rose-colored glasses, picture perfect version we create in the mind and the Shadow self, the rejected parts of us that linger in the unconscious wrapped up in fear and shame, into the True Self — one's Core Essence.
Astrology is the ancient art that provides us with a guidance system for building awareness of the etheric energies that influence the make up our core essence and its expression in our lived experience— a Cosmic blueprint of the Soul. This awareness is key in creating transformation, as a roadmap to focus our attention along the journey of evolution, and integration.
Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy that gathers all of the energies from the Etheric world through the center channel of our being, grounding and integrating it all into our physical form giving rise to this lived experience.
These modalities pair beautifully as we dive deeper into our self discovery, creating inner union and integrated beingness.
