I have partnered with Conscious Cuisine Squamish to create an intimate evening of deepening connection for couples. Enjoy the freedom from having to coordinate arriving anywhere on time - We come to your home! We start by dropping into a 1.5hr session of intentional heart-centered facilitation including: ✨Authentic Relating ✨Yin Yoga ✨Sound Healing ✨Somatic Reiki Once you’re feeling deeply connected and relaxed we end with a nourishing meal to ground and close out the evening. Please reserve your booking for a weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun).
